Refund Policy

Last updated: 10.05.2026

Varox is a cloud service for demand planning, forecasting, delivery planning, and related inventory analytics. Varox is operated by an independent operator based in Bulgaria.

Pro access is sold as a recurring subscription. Charges are collected by our subscription billing provider acting as merchant of record. That provider issues buyer receipts or invoices and handles tax presentation at checkout in line with its own processes.

When you subscribe, paid features are enabled in line with successful payment and account activation. General terms of use live in our Terms of Use; this page focuses on refunds, renewal, and cancellation.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans renew automatically for each billing period until you turn off renewal before the next charge date. You manage renewal from the billing portal linked from your account after purchase (where we make that available).

If you stop using the Varox application but leave renewal on, the subscription can still renew. Turning off renewal is what stops future charges for the next cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself erase charges already processed for the current period.

After you cancel renewal, paid access usually continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless checkout or account notices say otherwise.

EU statutory withdrawal

Depending on where you live and whether you buy as a consumer, EU law may give you a fourteen-day right to withdraw from certain distance contracts.

For digital services that you ask us to supply immediately, that right can become limited once supply has begun, subject to the conditions and confirmations shown at checkout. If you think a statutory withdrawal case applies to you, email us—we will review it fairly and explain the next step.

When we grant refunds

Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. Where the subscription billing provider handles buyer support for a specific charge, we may coordinate with them so your request reaches the right team.

We may approve refunds in situations such as:

  • duplicate or incorrect charges
  • prolonged technical faults that materially block access to paid features you paid for
  • other exceptional cases we assess individually

What we usually cannot refund

We cannot promise refunds outside what the law requires or what we agree to in writing. Typical limitations include:

  • fees for a billing period that has already started, except where the law or a written exception applies
  • renewal charges after a renewal has successfully processed and the new period has begun
  • charges where renewal was not turned off before the next billing date
