3. Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• all activity under your account

We may suspend accounts that are used improperly.

4. Your data

All data you upload remains your property.

By using the platform, you allow us to process that data only for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service in violation of the law
• attempt to gain unauthorized access
• disrupt or overload the system
• upload malicious or harmful content

6. Results and forecasts

The platform provides analytical outputs based on data and models.

These results:

• are indicative only
• may not be accurate
• should not be relied upon without independent judgment

All decisions remain your responsibility.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and stable.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Varox is not responsible for:

• business losses
• lost profits
• incorrect forecasts
• data issues or interruptions

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the system, but users are also responsible for protecting their own access credentials.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• these Terms are violated
• misuse is detected

You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations.
